Laurine is a PhD student in the BAHSic laboratory, studying the role of the bone marrow microenvironment in unexplained anemia of aging. Her research focuses on the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying this anemia, potentially linked to defects in the bone marrow niche and impaired red blood cell production.
