Sara is a bioinformatician in the BAHSic laboratory with broad expertise in high-throughput data analysis and computational biology. Her work spans bulk RNA-seq, single-cell transcriptomics, and exome sequencing, with a strong focus on extracting biologically meaningful insights from complex datasets. She also develops interactive tools and web interfaces to facilitate data exploration and scientific communication.
